last updated : Wed 27th Aug 08 The 20th Off The Tracks (late) festival is a popular family-friendly festival that offers folk, roots, dance and fusion on two stages, accompanied by 45 real ales, acoustic sessions, stalls, and atmospheric surroundings. A number of acts are confirmed, including Dreadzone, Eat Static, Kissmet, Oojami, Tarantism, Hayokee, The Lancashire Hotpots, Satkirin Kaur Khalsa, and more. Tickets are on sale at the, priced at £57 for the three days with camping, £27.50 for those aged 12-16, and under-12s are free with an accompanying adult. Day tickets (with camping) on the gates are priced as follows Friday Evening £20, Saturday All Day £35, Saturday Evening £25, Sunday All Day £25. Camping and shower facilities available, as well as hook-ups for campervans. Note: no dogs allowed (except registered Dogs for the Disabled) In The Orchard at Off The Tracks offers workshops and therapies such as yoga, tuning in, Tai Chi & Chi Kung, Shiatsu, Metamorphic Technique, meditation, and chanting & voice work.
