The New Forest Folk Festival takes place at Plaitford near Romsey which is on the edge of the New Forest from Wednesday 4th until Sunday 8th July 2018.

Line-up

Friday: Ward Thomas, Burgess Nicol & Kemp, Gilmore & Roberts, Edwina Hayes, Green Diesel, Fraser Nimmo, Polly Morris, Oxford Fiddle Group

Saturday: Steeleye Span, TRADarrr, Julie Felix, Reg Meuross, CoCo and the Butterfields, Hunter Muskett, Winter Wilson, Southampton Ukulele Jam

Sunday: Feast of Fiddles, Little Johnny England, Dean Friedman, The Gerry Colvin Band, Chris Leslie, Tenderlore, Matt Black

Lines & Squares Poets will perform each day during changeovers.

An adult weekend (4 day) ticket is priced at £105, with camping charged at £7 per pitch per night. Tickets for children 5-15 years of age are half price and under-5 free.

Day tickets are also available, priced at £25 for Thursday and £40 other days.

Wednesday: the campsite will open at 12.00pm and arena open from 6.00pm. Highlights for this evening include Morris Dancers and sing-around’s plus a barbeque around the bar/workshop marquee area.
Thursday arena opens at 10am and closes 11.30pm. Thursday will be a full day centred around the bar fringe marquee with sing-around’s, and local bands.
Friday/Saturday/Sunday arena opens at 10am and closes 11.30pm. Three days full of music from the main stage, and workshops from the new Fringe marquee.
