National Adventure Sports Show '09

This event aims to merge music and sport, bringing together Extreme and Street Sports, including displays and competitions from skateboarders, snowboarders and BMX bikes, by presenting bike and board sports platforms along with live music entertainment on Friday and Saturday. The show has a dedicated family camping area, youth group camping area, crèche, childrens play area and extreme funfair. Kids under 8 go free.

The Relentless NASS Festival takes place at the Royal Bath and West Showground, Shepton Mallet, Somerset from Friday 10th until Sunday 12th July.

Additions to the event for 2009 include a public access skateboard and BMX park, a world class dirt BMX course, a freestyle moto-x event never before seen in the UK and a third day of music planned for the Sunday of the event.

The line-up includes N*E*R*D playing on the Friday with support from Chase & Status (special guests Kano, and Plan B), Lethal Bizzle, Tinchy Stryder, and Chipmunk. The Outdoor Main Stage goes rock on Saturday with CKY, Zane Lowe, The King Blues, Attack! Attack!, Hexes, Jett Black, Sharks, and Turbowolf.

Saturday's Indoor Arena line-up includes Scratch Perverts, High Contrast, Shy FX, Sub Focus, The Nextmen, Freestylers, Jaguar Skills, and more. More acts will be announced soon.

NASS has also announced its third stage, currently known as the Exmoor Bar. Friday night hosts Daniel P Carter of the Radio 1 Rock Show followed by Kerrang's Katie P while Saturday will play host to the Propaganda Club Night featuring Andy Burgess and The Postman. Both Friday and Saturday will be opened by the awesome NASS favourites, the Streetwise DJ's.
