This event, now in it's sixth year, is held in Wellington Country Park, in The Waterloo Meadow, an 80-acre site surrounded by oak trees, which it is hoped, will be gradually illuminated as the sun goes down.

A few acts have been confirmed: Boot-Led-Zeppelin, Limehouse Lizzy, Bon Giovi, on the Friday; Jive Talkin' Bee Gees, T Rexstasy, Platinum Abba, Ultimate Earth Wind & Fire, Legend (Bob Marley), for the Saturday; and Lee 'Memphis' King (Elvis), Definitely Might Be (Oasis), The Sweet, Viva Santana and Feast of Fiddles on the Sunday. Expect more cover bands of some of the world's biggest acts to be added to the bill.

Gates normally open at 3pm when people can bring and enjoy their own picnic. Music normally starts at 5pm. There are plenty of eating and drinking facilities, together with a hospitality marquee for sponsors and corporate guests, and a funfair. The festival will finish with a fireworks finale.

PARKING
There is a charge for parking. The car park can accommodate 2000+ cars, with the capacity to increase if necessary. There is also a caravan park for those guests who wish to make a weekend of it.
