The inaugural Love Saves The Day Festival takes place at Bristol's Castle Park on Diamond Jubilee Weekend on Sunday 3rd June 2012, from 11am until 11pm with a 5,000 capacity.

Line-up

Amirali, Annie Mac, Babyhead, Ben UFO, Bonobo (DJ Set), Crazylegs DJs, Christophe & Lukas, Dan Wild, Dance Off Crew, Disclosure, DJ Derek, Eats Everything, Foreign Beggars, Futureboogie, Greg Wilson, Huxley, Jamie Jones, Javeon McCarthy, Jessie Ware, Joker, Koreless, Maya Jane Coles, Miguel Campbell, Mr Scruff, Pearson Sound b2b Joy Orbison, Radikal Guru, Roots Manuva, Soom T, Tom Rio & Freddie Prest, Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs, Young Warrior, Waifs and Strays, and many more to be announced.

Tickets

Tickets were priced at £29.50, and have sold out.

On-site activities include The Playground which offers fancy dress silliness, as well as a range of sports day-style events including a massive tug of war and a 23-legged race. There's also craft workshop Make Do and Mend, soundtracked by improv serenades from Especially for You. The Original Spinners and The Rolling Stage will be performing surreal dance and cabaret, whilst Twisted Theatre roam the park with jaw-dropping moving sculpture. Anyone wanting to make a spectacle of themselves is more than welcome to at the Ultimate Dance Workout, with sessions covering every style from swing to krump. Massage geniuses the Loose Collar Fairies are on han. Makeovers from Glittermasque and On the Lash, and Shambarber roll up in their mobile barbershop and bar.

Accommodation

This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.
