After the sucess of the first Loopallu in 2005, it will definitely return in 2006. Hayseed Dixie return for a second year. Also confirmed to play the festival are The Stranglers, Peatbog Faeries, The Family Mahone, Vatersay Boys, and The 18th Day of May. There'll also be more fringe venues for those who want to carry on the festivities into the small hours.

Tickets are on sale and cost £40, with camping available for an extra £10 - click here to buy.

The gates open at 4pm on the Friday, and at 12.30pm on the Saturday.
