Loop
last updated: Tue 27th Jan 2009
In 2009 Loop expanded to a two day music and digital art festival spread across specially created performance areas in the heart of Brighton.Loop festival will be spread across four areas: the Hub and Futures tents in the main arena will play host to the most prominent acts, while Limits will provide an internal space for the more leftfield and experimental artists. Finally, artists known primarily for their electronic work will be displaying their mellower, even acoustic side in the intimate Loop Garden.
The programme will also include other aspects of digital culture, including animation, film, dance, theatre and installations, as well as VJ performances throughout the day.
After the site closes down in the day the event morphs into LoopLate which has DJs and live performance around Brighton until the early hours.
