Leeds is combined with the simultaneous Reading Festival, and so you'll find news items relating to both festivals here.

After a few years of problems with violence marring the end of the festival, 2003 passed off smoothly on the new site at Bramham Park, and the future of this event is now secure. A licence has been granted for 2004.

The headliners are The White Stripes (who had to cancel in 2003 when Jack White broke a finger - their only UK show), The Darkness (only show in England and Wales), and Green Day. The full line-ups have been confirmed - see here.

The campsite opens at midday on Thursday 26th August and closes at midday Monday 30th August.

Those wishing to bring a campervan must email their request to campervans@meanfiddler.co.uk.

Children under 13 (12 and under) are admitted free but MUST be accompanied by a ticket holding adult.

More information will be here when available.

Travel Information
The majority of the traffic arrives between Thursday afternoon and Friday daytime, and will leave from late Sunday night until Monday lunchtime - avoid these times if possible to avoid queuing.
