Now in its 10th year, Le Beat Bespoke presents Modstock - 50 years of Mod, a party planned to celebrate all aspects of mod music and culture spanning six decades over three different all nighter club rooms. Held over Easter Bank Holiday weekend from Thursday 17th until Sunday 20th April, DJ Dr Robert (compiler of the renowned compilation album series also titled Le Beat Bespoke) and his New Untouchables team and Dirty Water Records present live music and DJs from the Mod era.

Line-up

The latest acts confirmed are Small Faces (Kenney Jones) & Friends, Eddie Phillips, Squire, The Turning, and Alex Butler And The Opals.

They join The Velvettes, Brenda Holloway, Secret Affair, Stone Foundation, The Apemen, Les Cappuccino, The Mergers, and Modstock Revue featuring British Legends, with more to be announced.

Plus scooter run, fashion show, Mod cinema, eye candy visuals, classic cars, riverboat party, and a huge market selling furniture, clothes, shoes, magazines, books, art, record fair selling 45s, and more.

The MODSTOCK Fashion Show takes centre stage on Sunday 20 April. Doors open at 19.30 and the show starts at 20.00 with a style show from ÂA Dandy In AspicÂ and ÂAdam Of LondonÂ.

This will followed by a bespoke film ÂReady, Steady, Sew!Â documenting Modernist fashion with interviews from some of the original innovators. After the fashion show and film there is an after show party with live music from The Mergers & Les Cappuccino + DJÂs into the early hours.

This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.
