Liverpool Arab Arts Festival (LAAF) returns to various venues across the city for a 14th consecutive year from Friday 5th to Sunday 14th June 2014.
Line-up
The first act confirmed is Reem Kelani. The festival will offer a huge range of events, across the 9 days at various high profile venues across the city including The Bluecoat, FACT, Unity Theatre, St George’s Hall and Sefton Park Palm House.
The LAAF Family Day makes its way back to Sefton Park Palm House on Sunday 7 June, with music, dance, food, and a range of goods and books on sale, whilst The Big Sunday closes the festival at the Bluecoat on Sunday 14 June, with another programme of new and well-loved performers.
Organisers have also announced a unique symposium event, focusing on the multiple challenges women face to participate fully in the arts. Entitled A Symposium - Shaping Change: Women, Culture, and Arts, the event will take place on Monday 8 June at the Bluecoat.

Ticket prices vary depending upon event, and are not yet on sale.
This eclectic festival will cover a plethora of cultural mediums and genres, with family activities, visual arts, film, performance, music, dance, food, a book launch and interactive workshops. People of all ages and cultures will find something to interest them.
Accommodation
The festival offers no accommodation at the event. There are plenty of accommodation options available in the city.
