Two festivals held in Galloway, popular with seasoned festie-goers all over the UK. One in the Spring, Ceilidh Gall Gallowa' on the spring meadows of Knockengorroch farm and one in September, Hairth O'Knokrach on Craigshiels conservation meadow, in the Forest of Ae. Knockengorroch festivals have been running twice yearly Celtic/ Roots/World music festivals in the hills of Scotland's Southern Uplands since 1998.
Knockengorroch Festivals are run by GoDHUA, The Garth of Deugh Upland Heritage Association, a non profit making organisation dedicated to social, economic and cultural regeneration in Scotland's South West.
