Now in its ninth year, a wealth of folk music, workshops and sessions happens at various venues in this small village over the weekend, including St James Church, The Globe Hall, The Lion Pub, and the 500 capacity heated marquee at Ellenside, a private mansion with views towards Skiddaw and the Caldbeck fells, this is where the main stage, bar and food outlets are situated.

Acts confirmed include Elkie Brooks, Adrian Edmondson & The Bad Shepherds, Charlie Dore and the Hula Valley Orchestra, The Finest Kind (Canada), Colum Sands, Viper Central (Canada), Sam Carter, Kirsty McGee and the Hobopop Collective, Jake Cogan, Wes Finch & Co., David Gibb and the Pony Club, The Hut People, Katuš Young, Annemarie Quinn, Pilgrims Way, Lizzie Nunnery, Jaywalkers, The Wave Rock Choir, Ireby Village Singers, Unosdabs, Tatie Jam, and Gregg Wilson.

Tickets

Early bird tickets for weekend only ticket reservations are available priced at £45 per adult for the weekend and £20 for a 12- 17 year old. Children aged under 12yrs are free. Adult day tickets are priced at £20 for Friday, and £30 for Saturday (sold out). There are also other options available. To buy tickets, click here.

Camping

Camping is worked out per tent/campervan or towing van: Friday £10, Friday and Saturday £15, or all 3 nights £20 (festival runs for 2 nights).

Getting there

Ireby is situated on the edge of the Lake District National Park, 13 miles north of Keswick and 18 miles south west of Carlisle.
