This will take place at a new site for 2006: Glanusk Park, Usk Valley, Powys, Wales.

There's live music with lots of folk and folktronica bands, plus improved film, literature (curated by John Williams), workshop and children's areas for 2006, with DJs playing from 12 noon to 1am. A new licence will mean that live acts will be able to play from 12:00 midday to an extended time of 1:00am. Headliners this year are Donovan, José Gonzalez and Calexico, and for details of the other acts confirmed to date click here.

Organisers It's Jo and Danny say: "The magic of Green Man 2005 blew us away. We will never forget the full moon over Bonnie 'Prince' Billy as he sang 'I See A Darkness'. We are already looking forward to next year's festival - there is such a wealth of amazing music out there we can't wait to bring it all together!"

The new, improved site will mean that more people will be able to attend the event with better facilities and a wider selection of food and drink on offer.

Tickets are sold out. Adult weekend tickets cost £98 including on-site camping and parking and entry is free for Under 12s.

The site and bars will open at 6pm on Thursday 17th August.
