The Gentlemen of the Road Stopover festival is organised, headlined and curated by Mumford & Sons, with heavy involvement from the local community, from the produce sold on site, to engaging visitors with the town as a whole.

The UK stopover event takes place at The Dell of Rothiemurchus, Aviemore, in Scotland, over the weekend of Friday 31st July and Saturday 1st August 2015.

Line-up

Mumford & Sons, Ben Howard, Primal Scream, The Maccabees, Simian Mobile Disco, Lianne La Havas, King Charles, Jack Garratt, Honeyblood, The Very Best, Neon Waltz, Rachel Sermanni, and White.

Latest additions Patrick Nazemi, Jamie Joseph, Tweed, Model Aeroplanes, Beatenberg, Hunter and The Bear, Baby Strange, Catholic Action, Golden Arm, Spring Break, Little Mammoths, and Spud The Piper.

A weekend ticket is £109 with no additional service charges or fees. Only two-day passes are available. On-site camping is available, a weekend camping ticket including entry to the event is £129.

If you would like to bring a campervan there is an extra charge of £62.50 including postage & packaging (EU & ROW orders will incur additional postage charges) and spaces are very limited.

A car parking pass should be purchased online in advance for £12.50 including postage & packaging (EU & ROW orders will incur additional postage charges)these are limited.

A limited number of Weekend Only and Weekend Camping Tickets will be made available to buy locally at The Old Bridge Inn, Aviemore and The Ironworks, Inverness. All local tickets will be subject to a £3 handling fee.

2015 welcomes the third year of The Stopovers that have taken place across the globe, including some hugely successful events in the USA, Canada and Australia. Mumford & Sons will curate the weekend’s entertainment with a strong emphasis on celebrating the diverse businesses and culture in the local area.
