Gosport Community Waterfront Festival has been cancelled.

A statement from Gosport Community Waterfront Festival says:

" We regret to inform you that the Gosport Community Waterfront Festival 2014, a community event run by unpaid volunteers, has been cancelled due to factors outside of our control. The issues that have arisen include the last minute withdrawal of sponsors, the breaking of contracts by traders/suppliers and therefore not paying, and only receiving verbal permission for the use of the ground from Gosport Borough Council two weeks before the event. We would like to thank everyone for their support.."

Gosport Community Waterfront Festival is a three day family friendly festival which takes place in Gosport's Walpole Park, from Friday 18th to Sunday 20th July 2014.
