This page contains the latest information about tickets for Glastonbury 2004. As any new information becomes available, it will be added to this page.
 Tickets will go on sale at 8 pm on April 1, 2004.
Tickets will cost £112.00 plus £3.00 booking fee and £4.00 postage and packing.
Tickets will only be sold on the telephone ticket line 0870 830 2004 and through the website address www.aloud.com.
No credit cards can be used, only debit cards. Electron cards will not be accepted.
Postal orders and cheques will be accepted as payment on the telephone ticket line. When you confirm your order you will be given a reference number. Cheques and postal orders, together with the reference number, must be received by Wayahead, the ticket agency, within five working days of the sale. The address of Wayahead is The Hollows, St James' Street, Nottingham NG1 6FJ. Cheques must be made out to "Glastonbury Festival 2004 Ltd".
Sometimes people buy tickets for others. If you order tickets on-line on behalf of a third party, please enter the address of that person/these people on the booking screen. Do not enter your own address. Please make sure have the full addresses and postcode of the people attending the Festival to hand before making your booking. The tickets will be sent direct to the first named on the booking screen.
Car Parking and campervan/caravan tickets will be available to purchase in the same transaction as festival tickets. Car Parking tickets will cost £5 per vehicle and campervan/caravan tickets will cost £40 per vehicle. Only campervans or caravans with fitted sleeping, washing and cooking facilities will be allowed into the campervan field this year. Please see here for details of which types of vehicles can use these fields.
Tickets sales will be restricted to two per person and per telephone call. Each transaction will be thoroughly checked, and duplicate transactions will be declined - if not at the time of sale, at a later stage.
In addition to the two tickets a parent or guardian can purchase in their own right, they will also be able to buy a maximum of two "Child tickets". These tickets are for children between the ages of 13 and 16, who must be accompanied at the entry gate by that adult. "Child tickets" will be the same price as adult tickets. Accompanied children 12 and under are free and do not need a ticket.
All tickets will be personalised and checks will be made at the gates. Details of these checks will be sent out with tickets.
You will need to give a name and address for each person coming to the festival. As there will be no refund or option to change details once tickets are sent out, please be sure all details are accurate when booking tickets. Ticket orders can be cancelled and ticket price refunded until May 20th.
Overseas ticket sales will be handled differently from UK ticket sales. If you are living abroad, you can only buy tickets online using a credit card. Tickets for overseas sales will not be sent out by post, but can be collected from an office in Shepton Mallet between Wednesday morning, June 23rd and Sunday morning, June 27th 2004. Details of the collection arrangements and the checks that will be carried out will be sent to successful ticket purchasers.
