The world’s greatest tribute festival, Glastonbudget is back in the heart of Leicester for its 10 year anniversary and they are offering you the chance to win tickets for you and a friend! From Friday 22nd to Sunday 24th May 2015, Wymeswold, Leicester will be transformed with legendary tribute acts from across the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s, taking you on a musical journey across the best eras in music. There will be over 30 award winning tribute acts and100 independent artists performing across seven stages.

Throughout the three day event, festival goers will be able to see a selection of the best tributes take to the main stage with the likes of Oasish, The Darkside of Pink Floyd, Four Fighters, Not the Rolling Stones, Kazabian, Abba Revival and of course The Times top five rated tribute act, Fleetwood Bac who have been recognised by the legendary Stevie Nicks herself.

Glastonbudget encourage up coming artists from across the area, such as Leicester’s very own acoustic duo Abandon Her, guitarist Aaron Stratton and BBC’s introducing soft rock group, 5th Pier. Glastonbudget are committed to giving local artists a chance to perform to a huge audience and it’s a great platform to be heard.

Glastonbudget are choosing to celebrate their 10 year success in style, with a surprise special performer taking to the main stage. Since 2006, Glastonbudget has invited a special guest to perform, with previous acts including; Chesney Hawkes,Chas and Dave and Neville Staples.

The biggest event in Leicester, not only supports the local music scene but also the fantastic variety of beer and produce that is available from across the Midlands. In previous years, Glastonbudget have had food stalls from a range of unique cuisines and this year they are set to have even more than ever before. The official Glastonbudget beer is also Leicestershire’s very own Tiger Beer.
