Freeze Festival (formerly London Freeze) the snow sport and music event returns to Battersea Power Station in London on Friday 28th and Saturday 29th October.

Line-up

After all the sports are completed the festival plays host to live music acts, Groove Armada present Red Light are Friday headliners with Saturday headliners The Streets, plus Zane Lowe, Beardyman, The Joy Formidable, Everything Everything, Summer Camp, Does It Offend You, Yeah?, Daniel P Carter, Pulled Apart by Horses, A Skillz, Clement Marfo & the Frontline, Backbeat Soundsystem, Dirtyphonics, Slaves to Gravity, SpyCatcher, and more have also been confirmed. Skiers and Snowboarders compete throughout the weekend. The focal point of the event is the 17m table top real snow jump created for the LG London Big Air Event, part of the LG FIS (International Ski Federation) World Cup. While this event is for snowboarders there will also be some amazing skiing action. The run down of events is expected to include The LG London Big Air, The International Freestyle Ski Event, and The Battle of Britain (BOB).

Early bird season ticket: Adult £60 - Children £28.
Adult day ticket (for either day) £37, Children £17.
Please note all under 16's must be accompanied by an adult of 18 or over.

Sport schedules are today confirmed as follows:
Friday:
12pm - 1.30pm – Ski Union Battle Of Britain Ski Comp
1.30pm – 3pm – Whitelines Battle Of Britain Snowboard Comp
3pm - 5pm – Int. Freestyle Ski Big Air, practice and round 1
5pm - 7.30pm – FIS Snowboard World Cup practice
7.30pm – 9pm – Int. Freestyle Ski Big Air, round of 16 and 4 man final

Saturday
12pm – 3.35pm – FIS Snowboard World Cup Qualifiers
4.15pm – 6pm – FIS Snowboard World Cup Final
7pm – 8.30pm – Europe vs USA Team Event

Fancy dress theme

This year on Saturday Freeze will have the fancy dress theme the 'Blizzard of Oz',

Elsewhere there will be a resort style retail village with the brands showcasing their latest stock and selling all the new winter gear for the season ahead. Around the event there will be a number of bars and caterers serving up food and icy cold pints with Apres style resort bars and the winter themed chill out zones.
