The Cursus Cider & Music Festival is brought to you from the team behind OutCider Festival in conjunction with Made in Dorset & DJ Dapper Dan’s Skanking delights. It will feature 2 alternating stages of music as well as a great selection of cider, ales & food.

The Cursus Cider & Music Festival takes place from Friday 12th to Sunday 14th May 2017, taking place in the green open setting near Sixpenny Handley, Cranborne Chase, Dorset. The historic Dorset Cursus runs through the festival site – hence the name!

Line-up

Confirmed so far are: Acrustic Badger Band, The Marginal, Imprints, Counting Coins, Leeches, Decatonics, Mike Dennis, Dubclass, Non Canon, Surfin' Birds,
Nick Parker & The False Alarms, General Roots, Black Water County, Gadje Scum, Skimmity Hitchers, Ruby & The Roughcuts, The Kings of Outer Space, Last One Home, BlueTown Rumble, Burg & The Back Porch Band, Nick Harper, Jo Carley & The Old Dry Skulls, China Shop Bull, Funke & The Two Tone Baby.

The main stage will be run by The OutCider team and will feature acts that have played, will or may play OutCider Festival. The second stage is run by DJ Dapper Dan’s Skanking Delights and will feature a complimentary mix of acts including Ska, Reggae, Dub & local acts.

Early bird tickets are priced at £45 for Saturday and Sunday with Friday an optional £10 extra. An under 18 years ticket is priced at £30, and an under 5's ticket is £1. Tent camping is free with a ticket, if you want to come in a caravan or camper van early bird tickets are an extra £10 (full price £15). There are no electrical hook ups.
It is also £10 per car for parking. 

The camping area is very near the festival so there will be no long walks with all your stuff!

Entertainment

This is a festival for people who want an uncomplicated good time. It is about good folks, great music and delicious food. There are no circus style distractions and there will not be loads of traders looking for your hard-earned cash. Just come along and chill in a beautiful part of the Dorset countryside. There is loads of space, it will be limited to 400 tickets and there is 70 acres so you won’t feel cramped.

Children are allowed at this one but only when accompanied by an over 18 year old. There are no child prices and there is no specific child based activities.

Dogs are allowed if kept on a lead and any mess cleared up.
