A new Scottish festival (organised by the same people as T in the Park), Connect will take place at Inveraray Castle, Loch Fyne, Argyll, for 20,000 people, and aimed at a more mature and affluent audience.

A number of acts have been announced, with headliners Beastie Boys, Primal Scream, and Bjork, and many others also confirmed - see here for the details to-date.

Connect will be hosting the Loch Fyne Whisky Bar in the Circuses and Bread Field. Never seen before at any other festival, The Loch Fyne Whisky Bar will be home to over 12 producers offering their slow-distilled wares and knowledge to the thirsty hordes. Connect’s very own ale created by Loch Fyne Ales will also be on tap.

Tickets are on sale, priced at £125 for Weekend Camping tickets, £105 for Weekend Only tickets, £45 for Friday Day tickets, and £50 for Saturday or Sunday tickets. To buy tickets, click here.

Advance Car parking tickets have now gone on sale, and organisers urge festival goers to buy early as spaces are limited. To buy click here.
