Coastline Bluegrass Festival 2007

With concerts, picking sessions, instrumental workshops, and bands. Musicians for 2007 have not yet been confirmed but the campsite opens on Thursday afternoon.

The weekend timetable is roughly as follows:
The music starts on Friday evening with a welcome concert at around 8pm.
On Saturday morning there are various instrumental workshops including: Bluegrass Banjo; Guitar; Mandolin; Bass; Fiddle; and Dobro.

Starting at 2pm, on Saturday afternoon, there's Appalachian Dance and Old Time with an Open Mike session at 3pm.
At 7-30pm, there's another concert with musicians to be announced.

On Sunday, a Vocal/band workshop starts at 11am with Stewart Williams' concert/workshop at 12.30pm.

Camping is available on site (it's £6 to stay an extra night) and there's food, real ale and a BBQ.

LATEST NEWS - 26th Jan 2007:
This year the festival has moved to a larger venue to accomodate a larger audience, just 5 minutes from the A55.
