Now in its sixth year Butserfest takes place on Saturday 15th September 2012 at the Queen Elizabeth Country Park near Petersfield, East Hampshire aimed at 14-20 year olds (although younger and older people are permitted entry).

Line-up

There are two stages, with local and national up-and-coming bands as well as a range of free activities included in the ticket price.

Main stage: Kids In Glass Houses, Lower Than Atlantis, Yashin, Futures, Canterbury, Don Broco, Mallory Knox, Mike TV, Burn The Fleet, Contraband, Spartan, England Road, Midday Committee.

Small Town Records & Friends stage: Feed The Rhino, Shadows Chasing Ghosts, Heart In Hand, Polar, The Elijah, Violet, Floods, Death Of An Artist, Housefires, Prolong The Agony, Chick Rides Artist.

Entertainment

As well as watching the music expect free activities and entertainment including bungee runs, inflatable table football, laser quest, a climbing wall, spray art workshop, an open mic stage, stalls, air brushed tattoos, street entertainers, and workshops.

There will also be signing tents and meet and greet opportunities.

Additionally competition winners will also be invited backstage to watch exclusive acoustic sets by 6 bands. Announced so far are: England Road,Andy Convey (Burn The Fleet), We Start Partys, Mallory Knox and two more to be announced.

The owner/MD of Small Town Records will also be onsite on the day to give advice and answer questions. There will also be a demo box so bands can bring their CD on the day and he will listen to it.
