The 11th Bude & Stratton Folk Festival takes place over the Bank Holiday weekend from Friday 26th until Monday 29th May 2017 in the Rugby Club, the Falcon Hotel, and elsewhere in and around the North Cornwall coastal town of Bude.

The Folk Festival is a friendly mix of folk concerts, workshops and themed events held annually on the late May Bank Holiday weekend. It features music, song, dance, and storytelling, and there is a small programme of children’s events.

Line-up

There are no acts announced yet for 2017. The programme is published in April.

There are concerts, sing-arounds, sessions, a folk club, a barn dance, open-mics, fringe events, storytelling, a folk service and workshops.

Tickets

Season tickets are £50, early bookers and students get reduced prices, children are free.

Weekend tickets give entry to all events, and weekend tickets don't need to pay for a separate Music Hall ticket. Event tickets will be available at the door for each concert or workshop. Season ticket holders may be given priority.

Tickets are available at the door for each concert and the ceilidh (£8.00) or workshop (£4). At other events a donations bucket may be passed round.Season ticket holders may be given priority entry.

Camping

Rugby Club camping is priced at £10 per unit per night.
