Bristol's Folk Festival, returns to take place over two days during the May Day Bank Holiday weekend running on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd May 2015 at St.George’s and Bristol Folk House in Bristol.

Line-up

Headliners Home Service, patron Seth Lakeman with folk supergroup The Full English, Sam Lee, and Steve Tilston. Plus Sam Leed, Home Service, Leveret, The Gasworks Choir, Greg Russell & Ciaran Algar, Mawkin, Lady Maisery, Roving Crows, Heg & The Wolf Chorus, Maz O'Connor, Isambard Folk Award 2015 Winner, Granny's Attic, Matthew Falloon, FolkLaw, Chris Cleverley, Skelad, Gentlemen Of Few, Matt Woosey, The Barnacle Buoys, John Adams, Harry Jones, and Road Not Taken.

Plus Isambard Folk Award Winner - Said The Maiden.

The early birdoffer has ended. Ttickets are priced at £70 for weekend, day tickets for the Saturday and Sunday are priced at £37 per day (+ booking fee).

Renowned as a guaranteed “rain free” event expect the two main stages of music at St George’s and The Folk House, the Kidnap and Doric Stages provide a platform for newcomers, open mics, and sessions.

As well as ceilidhs, workshops, stalls, talks, plenty of regional food and drink, sing-alongs, and poetry will also feature as part the selection of other things to watch, listen to, and get involved in.

Bristol & Rag Morris lead the way joined by some of the greatest and most popular sides in the South West for performances and workshops – sometimes planned, sometimes impromptu, as is custom!

Indoor camping

Indoor camping is re-introduced for 2015. Indoor camping for the Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings is priced at £11 per night at a private building just a couple of minutes walk from the Bristol Folk Festival venues.

There's also an additional charge for the 1st May Ceilidh, doors open at 7pm for a 7.30pm start and 10.30pm finish priced at £10.
