Now in its sixth year, B'estFest Summer Camp is the biggest multi genre music festival in Romania. Taking place at Bird Lake in Tunari, on the edge of Bucharest, in Romania from Friday 5th until Sunday 7th July 2013.

Line-up

Expect more than 70 acts. The main stage will feature performances from Nas, Texas, Chase & Status live, The Heavy, Enter Shikari, and Nneka amongst others. The secondary rock-metal stage will host Biohazard, Tiamat , and Soilwork.

The Dance Arena main guests are Noisia, Friction and Joker, CA:RO, Heath:Ward and regional and local DJ & live acts.

Also on site are the Blazing Vibez stage (reggae, dancehall, dub), the Groove On Stage area (chill-out, house, IDM rhythms) surrounded by the handmade & fashion bazaar, the Silent Discotheque arena (Disco, Disco House, Future Garage, Ghetto Funk, Glitch, Funk), with three channels, and the new Acoustic-Rock tent, where Romania's alternative & rock acts will present their unplugged sets, alongside full electric shows from new talent.

Since 2010 the event moved location and turned into a Summer Camp offering many other activities including a real 'amusement park' for children big and small, film screenings, sports areas, places to play, relaxation areas, creative activities, art exhibitions, bazaars, workshops, terraces and a camping area.

A three day early bird ticket is priced at 150 RON (approx £27). Children under 12 years old accompanied by an adult have free access. To buy tickets online click here.

The Park can be reached easily by public transport, ie bus 445 that can be taken from the refuge tram lines 16 and 36 (of pepper or the subway station Baneasa SA). Bucharest has good international travel links, with rail and airline services available. There are buses or taxis available from the airports, and train stations to the Park.

The festival offers camping, and festival goers can also find suitable accommodation within the city.
