The 6th Are You Listening? Festival happens on Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th April 2018 across Reading town centre venues.
No acts have been confirmed for 2018 yet.
Tickets are not yet on sale.
Last year's venues included Milk, Oakford Social Club, Public, Purple Turtle, Rising Sun Arts Centre, St Laurence Church, South Street Arts Centre, Sub89. It is expected that most will be used again in 2018.
Apart from raising awareness and funds for the charity, the festival continues to support the local music scene from the grass roots level upwards. It is a policy of the festival to ensure at least 70% of the artist bookings are from Reading and the Berkshire area.
It will also continue to provide Reading students and the local community with valuable, hands on working experience in areas including music event/ project management, branding, marketing and photography.
Over 70 volunteers help Are You Listening Festival run smoothly, and the organisers would love to hear from anyone interested in getting involved this year!
Since the event launched in April 2013, it’s sold over 5,000 tickets and to date raised over £34,000 for Reading Mencap, a local charity that supports people with learning disabilities and their families.
This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.
More information will be here when available.
