Now in its 35th year, this annual event is a family friendly mega feast of American music, cars, motorbikes, trucks and RVs.

Americana International Festival takes place from Thursday 9th until Sunday 12th July 2015 returning again to Prestwold Airfield, Loughborough in Leicestershire.

The Trevor Burton Band, Quill, George Hamilton V, Sierra Cecil, Kinsey Rose, Suzette Lawrence & The Neon Angels, Raymond Froggatt, Doctor And The Medics, Nicki Gillis, The Revolutionaires, Lazy Dog, Hicksville Bombers, Sharna-Mae, Rebel Dean, Johnny And The Jailbirds, Jack Rabbit Slim, Free At Last, Springsteen A Tribute To The Boss, The Doel Brothers, The Doggone Daddys, Root'n Toot'n, This Little Girl & The Dillicats, The Black Diamonds, Knoxville Highway, The Accidents, The Armadillos, Glamorize, Gary Perkins & The Breeze, Outwoods County Riders, Alan Fullard, Acoustica, Atlanta, Hayley Oliver, EJAB (The Elbow Jake Acoustic Band), Harriet McDonnell, Ags Connolly, and Ade Payne.

The music is on multiple outdoor stages from dinner time up until late on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Tickets are priced at £80 per adult for all days from Thursday, 13-17 year olds £50 for the duration of the festival, Under 12s admitted free if accompanied by a paying adult. Day tickets are available for Sat or Sun £25pp pre booked.

The location

The area is well serviced by public transport, rail and by air and is just 10 minutes from either J23/J24 M1. The venue is easy to get to and to keep secure including the camp sites. Camping Zones, Quiet, Family, Standard and Disabled. Security presence will remain key for the future of the Americana. There is a huge race track on site, which organisers hope to utilise in the future.

50's style fairground, Face Painting, Street Entertainers Native American Indians Tattooists Evening Burlesque shows. Free Line Dance and Jive lessons. The return of the Settlers encampment and Wyatt Earp Western style shoot out.
