Advertising on eFestivals
Please see our advertising page for details.Bands wanting bookings
Sorry, but eFestivals cannot help bands get festival bookings, or provide a list of contacts. Any festival wanting unsolicited band submissions should have details on their own official website.Festival traders
Sorry, but eFestivals cannot help traders with bookings for stalls, or with requirements for trading at festivals. Each festival has their own requirements, and those festivals wanting trader applications should have details on their own official websites.eFestivals does NOT deal with ticket touts
Unlike other festivals websites, eFestivals has NO dealings with ticket touts of any sort, and we never will do. We hate for our readers to be ripped-off as much as you hate to be ripped-off.eFestivals does not sell tickets
We link ONLY to reputable and authorised ticket agents or an event's own box office, so you can have full confidence buying tickets via the links we provide.WE DO NOT DEAL WITH TICKET TOUTS OF ANY KIND - unlike other festival websites.
If you have a query about your ticket purchase please direct your question at your point of purchase and not us as we're not able to help. If you can't remember which outlet you bought from, then try the following:-
- check your bank or credit card statements to see who your transaction was with.
- refer to the email you'll have most likely received when you made your purchase.
- follow the "buy tickets online" link from our listing of the event you bought for, to arrive on that outlet's own website. However, please be aware that we sometimes change the outlet we link to for an event, so it may not always be the same outlet.
Anything else
For anything not covered above, please email webmaster@efestivals.co.uk and your email will be directed to the right person.NOTE: Press releases sent to this address will be deleted unread.
